About Linda

30 years in education has taught me many things. I have been a teacher, consultant, presenter, and author. I have learned that you need to know your curriculum; you need to know your students; you need to be thoughtful; and you need to love what you do.

Teaching has never been more challenging than it is today, but we must remember we are there to educate children. We are at a place in education where we must be strategic, specific, and rigorous. In my presentations I share strategies,  ideas, and activities that are good for children and good for teachers.

My teaching experience includes:

Pre-school, Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and Transitional 1st.
I have been
a substitute teacher and a college instructor.
I have written several books including The Complete Guide To Classroom Centers and Teachin’ Cheap which won a Teacher’s Choice award.
I am a presenter for The Bureau of Education and Research and
I also offer private consulting and presenting.
